A beginner level class will focus on conditioning and gaining strength for inversions. In beginner pole dance you will focus on grounded spins and upright tricks.
Ideally 3x a week. Some students take a yoga class with a pole class to work on flexibility and strength.
Wear a sport bra or tank top and shorts. You need to have skin exposed to grip on to the pole.
Wear something comfortable like leggings and a sports top.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
It is important for your body to warm to participate. If you miss the warmup you will not be allowed to attend class.
We are located in the San Gabriel Valley area of Los Angeles County, close to the 10 and 605 freeways.
